We provide this website to describe our renovation and construction services, show project inspiration and make it easier to contact us. We try to keep the information accurate and useful, but website content is general information—not construction, engineering, legal or financial advice.

Photos may illustrate the type of work we offer and do not promise that every material, finish or design is currently available. We may update services, service areas and website content without notice.

Quotes and project agreements

Sending a form or discussing a project does not create a contractor-client relationship and does not guarantee availability. Website descriptions, early conversations and rough figures are not a final quote unless we clearly confirm them in writing.

Each project is different. Scope, price, payment schedule, materials, responsibilities, warranties and timing will be set out in the written quote or contract for that project. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.

Acceptable use

Please use the website lawfully. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the forms to send spam, abusive content or false requests.

Our content

The Timely Renovators name, website design, written content, graphics and other original material on this site belong to Timely Renovators or are used with permission. You may view and print reasonable portions for your personal project planning. You may not republish, sell or commercially reuse our content without written permission.

This website links to services such as Google Maps and social media platforms. We provide those links for convenience but do not control their content, availability, security or policies. Visiting an external service is at your discretion and subject to that service’s terms.
